Savvy Project Blueprint
Phase 1: Define & Strategize
We meet together to review your specific project and compile a breakdown/backlog of all the tasks needed for successful execution of your project.Phase 2: Design
Savvy will take the results of the strategy meeting and design a system and flow for execution, inputting tasks into your project management platform.Phase 3: Implementation
Orientation and onboarding meeting with you, or, you and your team, where we review the strategy and hand the project off to you for execution.Phase 4: Iterate
Three (3) thirty minute follow up meetings after hand-off. These bi-weekly meetings are Q & A style, where you bring strategy questions as you’ve tracked your progress, and together we adjust and fine-tune your plan. How many times do we meet?
We meet together five (5) times over the course of your Blueprint package:1. Define & Strategize meeting
2. Onboarding with you, or, you and your team
3, 4, 5. Three (3) thirty minute follow up meetings to help you iterate and adjust your plan. The package mentions asynchronous communication. What does that look like?
Your Blueprint includes the option to contact Savvy via video message during the course of your project (anywhere from 6-8 weeks) for clarifying or short questions. There isn't a 'limit' on how many messages you can send. We're people too and get that questions come up!If it's something bigger or requires more time, we can simply add an additional 30 minute session to your package, or you can opt to hold that question until your follow up sessions.
What project management platform do you use?
We primarily use ClickUp and Trello. If you already have a program you use in your business, it's very likely we can use your existing platform when you provide access. Otherwise, we set up a free account for you on ClickUp or Trello, depending on the needs of your project.
